Back- Office Administrator

Описание на длъжността

For one of our clients, a company in the health care sector, we are looking for a motivated person at the position: 

Back- Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing weekly registrations for multiple blended-learning courses;
  • Weekly planning and scheduling teachers for multiple blended-learning courses;
  • Making, managing and communicating weekly hotel reservations for teachers and students of multiple blended-learning courses;
  • Sending out and keeping track of COVID-19 health declaration forms of students;
  • Assistance with keeping sick leave administration (teachers);
  • Assistance with keeping sick leave administration (students);
  • Managing and sending certificates after completion of blended-learning courses;
  • Managing and sending out evaluation reports to teachers after course completion;
  • Scheduling re-examinations for multiple blended-learning courses;
  • Scheduling exams in the e-learning system for multiple blended-learning courses;
  • Drafting offers for potential new clients;
  • Keeping a daily communication via email, WhatsApp, Viber and Microsoft
  • Teams with other employees in the company;
  • Informing, updating and reporting to the Branch Manager.

Изисквания за длъжността

  • Education: University degree in Administration or equivalent;
  • Level C1/C2 English;
  • Communicative and dedicated professional;
  • Very good level of computer skills; MS Office, Internet, Outlook;
  • Ability to work with office equipment;
  • Preferably 1 year previous working experience.
