• Development and implementation within a big data platform. • Assist with issue resolution and problem-solving. Troubleshoot custom application and clustered Splunk deployments • Participate in test planning, development, and execution for integration and system testing. Build customizations. • Advise on risks, issues, and concerns. • As a member of the innovation team, you’ll take part in the integration of new functionality and content. • Develop product expertise and learn new software tools and skills. • Automate repeatable tasks. • Provide root cause analysis. • Document implemented solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS: • Experience with ITIL/service management processes. • Experience with scripting language (Python 3 is preferred). • Linux administration. Automation with Bash. • AWS. • Experience with data processing and visualization • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings. • Ability to identify & propose solutions.
The following will be considered an advantage: • Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification. • Hands on experience with Splunk. • Experience with Big Data • Knowledge of containers/Kubernetes/Docker. • Experience with Ansible, Jenkins, GIT. • Windows administration/PowerShell scripting.
