For one of our clients, a wholesale and retail coffee company, we are looking for a motivated person at the position: Administrative Manager
• Providing after-sales customer care service;
• Performing orders in coordination with COO from local and foreign suppliers;
• Receiving, processing, and executing orders from customers from various sales channels (online and offline);
• Creating and administering documents and reports;
• Maintaining, improving, and upgrading the main operating software that the company use.
• Relevant work experience- 3 years;
• Experience with software tools regarding the processing and managing stock and sales-Bizio knowledge or similar is a big advantage;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
• Excellent MS office skills;
• English language proficiency- spoken and written.
