Инициативата Bulgaria Wants You бе представена в община Стара Загора

Андрей Арнаудов, Презентация Bulgaria Wants You - Стара Загора

THE PLATFORM “BULGARIA WANTS YOU” WILL BE LAUNCHED AT THE BEGINNING OF 2020

Andrey Arnaudov and his team presented for the first time to employers and the media in Stara Zagora the new venture of his non-governmental organization - the Bulgaria Wants You platform, which will bring Bulgarians back to Bulgaria in partnership with municipalities and with the support of institutions.

The initiative aims to attract Bulgarians living and working abroad by offering them job opportunities and information about the quality of life in different regions of the country.

Stara Zagora is the first municipality in which the initiative is being developed as a pilot project. The meeting was attended by employers, HR experts, business representatives in the region and local authorities, who shared their experience of the current situation on the labor market, the benefits of importing skilled labor from abroad and the need for such a project.

"Bulgarian business realizes that it must make certain gestures to its future employees and the platform will stimulate it to make this step", said the HR expert Georgi Parvanov of the C-Team, part of the platform team.

For each vacant job position advertised on the website, the companies will commit to a set of relocation services that they could provide to their future employees in order to make it easier for them to make the decision to rebuild their lives back at home.

"The platform that we present is the result of intensive research, analysis and advice from various experts on how to be as useful as possible for Bulgarian emigrants, so that they can make an informed decision about their possible return to Bulgaria. We are well aware that in the 21st century, people are free and mobile enough to try different options for their future. Still, we believe that there is no place where you can feel happier than at home", shared Andrey Arnaudov and added: "I would like to thank the mayor of Stara Zagora Mr. Zhivko Todorov, who supported us as soon as I shared the idea of the project and connected us with the employers' organizations here".

"We welcome this idea to bring Bulgarians from abroad back to Bulgaria. On the other hand, we will do everything possible for the young people to stay here", said the chairman of CEIBG - Stara Zagora Stefan Shoselov.

The website will provide up-to-date information about the quality of life and the social environment, and will promote Bulgaria as a place to live, develop your career and start a family in cities like Stara Zagora, Varna, Burgas, Sofia, Blagoevgrad, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Vratsa, Pleven and so called.

The platform will be available to Bulgarians around the world in early 2020.
