Technical Support Specialist Tier 1 with Spanish and English

As a Technical Service Specialist Tier 1, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide Technical support primarily through all three channels (phone, email and chat).
  • Apply your expertise in PV (photovoltaics) equipment and systems to address hardware-related questions, guide on setups, and review system connections.
  • Review single-line diagrams, pictures, and videos of plants to ensure proper connections and identify discrepancies.
  • Examine and advise on more technical settings of systems.
  • Work closely with the team to resolve technical issues in-house, eliminating the need for external escalation.
  • Assist in training the Customer Support Level 1 team on technical knowledge, contributing to their professional development.

Изисквания за длъжността

We seek individuals with:

  • Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) is a must.
  • A solid understanding of PV equipment and systems, capable of addressing complex technical queries.
  • Previous experience in technical support, particularly with PV equipment, is highly valued.
  • Background or education in electrical engineering or related field.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • People management experience would be considered as a plus.
