Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership of testing electronic systems for
cooling and freezing appliances;
• Define and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies;
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate all testing activities to ensure test coverage;
• Establish high standards of test quality;
• Implementation of defect management and lead through risk assessments;
• Documentation of test reports and evaluation of test results;
• Definition and optimization of test environments and testing tools;
• Communication to the stakeholders.

Competencies:

• Education - Engineering degree in the field of electronics, electrical
engineering, computer engineering or relative;
• Experience in test management or leadership;
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and processes;
• Good knowledge of embedded software testing with a minimum of 3 years of
experience in Electronics department;
• Wide experience with requirement analysis;
• Excellent communication skills and high level of organization and analytical
thinking;
• Very good knowledge of English.

Will be considered as an advantage:

• Experience in leading and developing employees;
• Certified tester education (ISTQB certification or other);
• Experience with PyTest, PyQT, LabView, serial communication protocols;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git version control;
• Experience with measurement equipment, electronic circuits.
