ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

We are a team of passionate HR professionals, working for 23 countries in CCHBC Family. In People Services we work closely with stakeholders from all countries in scope, aiming to improve the end-to-end experience of the employees and line managers. 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrangement of paper documents (creating files, putting away documents to existing personnel files and moving terminated ones to the archive collection).
• Training for basic knowledge in the systems (SAP, Workday) - how to do hiring, termination and organizational change. 
• Administration of absences and sick leaves.
• Timely respond to external customers on their queries.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• University bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
• A strong interest in the area of human resources.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
• Time Management and prioritization skills.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
