As a Digital Automation Specialist at Philip Morris Bulgaria, you will be responsible for enabling digital and omnichannel customer journeys for our products and programs through our ecosystem of digital solutions, as well as driving systems optimizations and capability enhancements.

Your ‘day-to-day’:

  • Enable and manage the omnichannel consumer audience segmentation, product catalogue, consumer programs and journeys through CRM, Workflow and other digital systems.
  • Maintain and continuously optimize our digital systems and products.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Digital Systems team & IT on defining needed system capabilities and driving the delivery and implementation of the required projects and enhancements.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams during projects and initiatives to improve consumer experience and to drive digital automation and innovation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on our digital systems usage.

Изисквания за длъжността

Who we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • University degree (Information Technologies, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar STEM disciplines)
  • Proficiency in using and managing CRM and Marketing Automation systems (Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Marketing 365; Adobe Campaign or similar)
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and consumer journeys
  • Experience managing/coordinating CRM related projects
  • Digital-first and tech-savvy individual with passion for consumer experience
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
