YOUR ROLE:
You will be responsible for soft sales - calling customers who are interested in purchasing hearing aid product and have left their contact information. You will be organizing meetings between the customer and Sonova's consultant and following up on those meetings.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information on our products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored advice to help them choose the best product.
- Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets set by the management.
