Join Our Innovative Team as a Level 3 Cloud Application Support Engineer 

Your Role: As a vital member of our global team, you’ll collaborate with experts across various fields. Operating as Level 3 support, you’ll provide deep technical assistance for in-house automation and monitoring platforms. Here’s a glimpse into what you’ll be doing: 

• Deploy, configure, customize, monitor, maintain, and upgrade reliable and secure automated cloud solutions on the AWS platform. 
• Assist in releasing additional features and bug fixes. 
• Debug and test different solutions on AWS, interacting with multiple platforms and clients. 
• Apply your subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues, recommending appropriate alternatives. 
• Become an expert on selected asset(s) at both a technical and functional level. 
• Work collaboratively in a global team with experts in infrastructure, security, and cloud. 
• Deploy product assets on the cloud or client premises.

Advantages: 

• Knowledge of Splunk. 
• Experience with Docker and container-based building infrastructures. 
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
   
• Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting. 
• Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

Requirements: Hard requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Linux-based OS. 
• Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 
• Fluency in English.
