Daily challenges
- Maintaining and supporting variety of Network and Security equipment
- Categorizing and prioritizing the Incident to work on it quickly and efficiently
- Defining an action plan for diagnosis and troubleshoot Incidents with the aim to restore normal service
- Efficiently using the technical scripts, diagnostic tools, and a known error database
- Communicating with the customer on a professional level, cooperation with team members, other support teams and 3rd party providers
- Working on shift in 24/7 coverage rotation
eXperience and skills required
- High school diploma preferably in Telecommunication or equivalent
- Understanding of basic network concepts - OSI Reference Model, TCP/IP protocols, IP Addressing, IPv4 Address Types, Variable Length Subnet Masks (VLSMs) and subletting, Network Address Translation (NAT)
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes
- Highly adaptable with ability to work in dynamic international and multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English
What we will consider as an advantage:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with Cisco and HP/Aruba network technologies
- Experience with Network Security Technologies (Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco)
- Experience with Wireless Network Technologies (Cisco, Aruba)
