Your daily routine would include:
- Managing the Identity Management Solution - we do not manage accounts and access manually - we manage the system, which does it for us;
- Working on business and technical requirements, solutions, integrations, design, execute test and implementation plans. All this to ensure adherence to standards and best practices;
- Promoting continuous adoption, provide training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards;
- Identifying and resolving technical issues / problems with your applications and their integrations;
- Troubleshooting issues with the business processes and issues with the technical implementation and possibly issues with the data, or the network, or the infrastructure;
- Working with industry leading solutions by IBM, SAP, Microsoft, etc.
