Employee Development Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate Employee Development Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll help our employees grow by designing, delivering, and managing impactful training programs.

Your Day-to-Day missions:

• Identify employee training needs with support from the HR team.
• Create and deliver engaging soft skills training sessions.
• Track training progress and share updates with your team.
• Collect feedback to improve training programs.
• Be the go-to person for training-related questions and ensure smooth communication with everyone involved.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a dynamic environment (e.g., BPO).
• Basic understanding of the training lifecycle, including designing and evaluating learning initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others grow.
• Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems is a plus.
