For our E-Commerce B2B platform, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and result-oriented candidates with interest in Digital field for the position E-Merchandising Specialist.

Your main responsibilities will be:

•Creates long term plans for e-merchandising on the platform, in line with the commercial strategy;
•Procures and manages e-merchandising content on the platform from across all of the Orbico product portfolio;
•Plans and conducts marketing activities to current customer database and manages tools to do it (Email marketing, Viber, SMS, targeted promotions, segmented communication);
•Tracks digital marketing and online media KPIs and implements optimizations, connecting marketing and media activities to business results;
•Cooperates with category managers and (sometimes) with producers to plan and create the merchandising offers and content (promotions, deals, communication);
•Participates in planning of the promotions for the B2B platform and ensures that they are reflected and communicated through proper e-merchandising content;
•Creates/procures, implements, and maintains all marketing related content across website (product pages, category pages, all product promo content, etc.);
•Participates in creation of marketing plans for producers, creates rate cards and deals, plans promotions for them, reports the results;
•Works with web analyst to track results and improve the performance;
•Other tasks defined by the direct supervisor or by the employer;

We are looking for candidate who has:

•Proven experience working with e-Merchandising for B2B or B2C project;
•Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
•Technical proficiency with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS);
•Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and user behavior analysis;
•Experience in planning and executing Product Marketing activities;
•Experience in planning and executing online promotions and campaigns;
•Experience with basic Graphic design tools;
•Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills;
•Experience with Excel (function IF, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables);
•Great attention to detail and accuracy;
•Fluency in English;
