We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and result-oriented candidates with interest in Digital field for the position Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist.

Your main responsibilities will be:

•Plans and conducts online Social Media marketing campaigns (build awareness, generate new leads and grow sales) aimed at realizing digital marketing and sales strategy);
•Sometimes cooperates with external agencies (group agency and other trusted partners);
•Ensures content needed for the execution of marketing campaigns both through owned and paid media;
•Responsible for SEO&SEM;
•Tracks digital marketing and online media KPIs and implements optimizations, connecting marketing and media activities to business results;
•Cooperates with other departments to improve the performance of digital activities;
•Cooperates with offline departments to ensure coordination of marketing efforts and realization of overall marketing strategies both for producers and for Orbico;
•Cooperates with digital marketing and performance specialists from other markets to share local activities and exchange know how;

We are looking for candidate who has:

•In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels;
•Proficiency in managing display, search, social, and video ad campaigns;
•Experience with programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies;
•Strong understanding of performance-driven campaigns and metrics like ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates;
•Ability to design, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve measurable results;
•Proficiency in analyzing data from tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tracking platforms;
•Strong reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
•Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad performance;
•Ability to create and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing goals;
•Knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and engagement strategies;
•Competence in managing advertising budgets to maximize ROI;
•Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills;
•Knowledge of tracking and tagging setups such as UTM parameters, GTM, or Pixels;
•Experience with basic Graphic design tools;
•Fluency in English;
