Job Description:

• Issue airline tickets for various airlines;
• Collect payments for excess baggage and other additional services;
• Confirm and modify flight reservations;
• Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues;
• Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures;
• Keep records and information.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English;
• Communication skills;
• Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated individuals;
• Amadeus Certificate/IATA UFTAA Certificate will be considered as an advantage;
• Friendly and costumer focused attitude.
